  Wayne discusses delegates to DPO platform convention

    No so much about convention but about networking

    Usually Portland-centric, so its important to have E Oregonians there

    Attempt to make it cheaper this year, at PCC in Beaverton

    Platform convention establishes legislative agenda items, basically wishlist

  Wayne discusses PCP and county clerk issues

    County Clerks don't want to pay for ballots for so many uncontested slots

    attempt underway to refine PCP system statewide, move to direct appt.
