In future we need to concentrate on independents

Also young people are not active
M66/67 passed statewide though, due to 15% higher turnout among young

Deschutes county was mostly involved in supporting campaign in Valley
Activate phone system will provide big advantage, now available through DPO
doubles contact rate vs. traditional phone banking
